The Exhibition

CALEDONIA is the old word for Scotland. In this exhibition Steve Fraser takes his cultural DNA and fragments it into a fusion of contemporary and neo-classical works. The resulting CALEDONICATION is a vibrant collection depicting the journey of a nation and celebrating the impact of Scottish culture around the world.

Included in the collection are Fraser's trademark deconstructed tartan abstracts: interpretations of events which have shaped the Scottish landscape; and Fraser's unique exploration of the dark side of old Caledonia.
